ArborNote For Tree Care Pros app for iPhone and iPad

The Arbor-Note App is the mobile extension of your cloud-based Arbor-Note account and desktop applicaton, and allows you to create tree inventories and maintenance estimates while in the field. Whether you are a consulting arborist, a small tree maintenance company, or national tree care organization, Arbor-Note can help with proposal generation and increased productivity, as well as online storage, sharing and presentation of your valuable work for the benefit of all tree inventory/maintenance proposal stakeholders.

Use your iOS mobile device to:
• “Tap and map” tree location points from your car or office
• “Drop” GPS based points at tree locations as you work in the field
• “Throw” GPS based points to any tree location while in the field and without having to scale slopes or fences
• Take any number of pictures of any tree and assign to the tree’s unique ID
• Enables any number of users/devices to work at and inventory the same project simultaneously
• Label each tree with industry standard attributes and/or miscellaneous attributes
• Create a tree maintenance estimate
• Create, update and maintain a tree maintenance history of every individual tree
• View important documents which have been uploaded to a particular inventory from the desktop app
• At any time, and at your convenience, upload your inventory to the Arbor-Note cloud.

Once your tree data has been uploaded to the Arbor-Note cloud, and using the Arbor-Note desktop app you are able to:
• View, and edit tree location and attributes
• Map additional trees
• View, track and update tree maintenance history
• Create inventory subsets using the Arbor-Note polygon tool
• Export your inventory as a Shapefile or Excel file
• Upload any important documents associated with your customer and/or tree inventory
• Share your valuable work via URL with anyone you like.

Important: Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease the battery life of your iOS mobile device. For large inventories or extended use in the field, an external battery pack for your mobile device may be useful.
